100 Black Men Of Long Beach, CA
March 24, 2009 Dear Potential Sponsor: You are cordially invited to the Inaugural Benefit Award Gala of the 100 Black Men of Long Beach, Inc. (100BMOLB). The primary purpose of the 100BMOLB is to improve the quality of life for persons living in the greater Long Beach area with emphasis on African American, particularly the youth. The Gala is being held to support our primary programs as prescribed by the national body (100 Black Men of America). “Four for the Four” Mentoring, Health and Wellness, Education and Economic Development. The Theme of the Gala is “What They See Is What They’ll Be” which is in line with our national youth theme. The event will take place on Friday, April 24th at The Grand, 4101 East Willow, Long Beach, CA 90815 from 6:00pm to 11:00pm. Please refer to the attached formal invitation for additional information. We will also need your financial support to ensure the success of our programs that will benefit those that live and work in the greater Long Beach area. Please consider being a gala and program sponsor. A Sponsorship Level form is enclosed which include detailed information regarding each level: Platinum - $50,000; Gold - $25,000; Event Gala - $10,000; Silver - $5,000; Bronze - $2,500 and Supporter - $1,000. To be included as a sponsor in the commemorative booklet payment and camera ready art work must be received by April 10, 2009. To be included in other marketing materials payment and camera ready art work must be received by April 17, 2009. All camera ready art work shall be emailed to Lisa Greene, email: lisa@design-lounge.org as noted on the enclosed response card. If you choose to participate in this worthy cause, the attached sponsorship form should be returned with enclosed response card along with payment to our office.
